By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Scope of Services: The services outlined in this invoice are provided as described. Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges and will require written approval.

Ownership and Access: Upon final payment, the client will own the completed website design and content, excluding any third-party software, stock assets, or proprietary tools used under license. Ongoing access to hosted services, maintenance, or marketing support is contingent on timely payment of applicable monthly fees.

Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely content, approvals, and access as needed to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline.

Monthly Service Packages: Monthly maintenance and marketing packages are provided on a flexible basis and may be modified, upgraded, downgraded, or canceled at any time with written notice. Modifications will take effect in the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.

Performance and Guarantees: While reasonable efforts will be made to optimize site performance and marketing results, no specific results (e.g., search engine rankings, traffic, leads, or conversions) are guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability: Lavender Lion Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business interruption, or loss of revenue, arising from the use or inability to use the website or services provided.

Termination: Either party may terminate ongoing monthly services with 14 days’ written notice. No partial refunds will be issued for services already rendered in the current billing period.

Force Majeure: Lavender Lion Solutions, LLC is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of nature, cyberattacks, or third-party service outages.
